Decades ago, my family was faced with a wake-up call. My sister had a severe reaction to pesticides sprayed on grapes, and doctors discovered she was highly allergic to the chemicals on our food. Instead of accepting that as normal, my mom went back to the basics. She bought a juicer, filled it with real produce, and took our health into her own hands.

That experience changed us. It taught me early on that when you give your body the right tools, it knows how to heal itself. Juicing wasn’t a fad in our house, it was a lifeline. And it became part of who I am.
